About This Role
Job Details
Review, organize, and accurately enter accounting documents into the accounting system.
Assist with debtor and creditor accounting activities, including checking balances and monitoring advance payments.
Prepare and issue sales invoices in accordance with company procedures and financial guidelines.
Process advance payment documentation and ensure all related records are accurately recorded on time.
Maintain personnel-related records and ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and updated.
Manage fuel reports and track route-related operational records for internal control purposes.
Provide daily support to the chief accountant with routine accounting and financial tasks.
Assist colleagues when needed to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
Ensure accounting records are consistently updated, organized, and easily accessible for reference.
Job Experience Requirements
Relevant education and practical experience in accounting or finance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Positive and supportive attitude toward colleagues and shared responsibilities.
Experience
working with Horizon accounting software will be considered an advantage.
