Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Assistant Accountant** to join our team on a **contract basis** for an initial period of **3 to 6 months**, with the possibility of **extension based on business requirements** and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.
- Process and manage communication on accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax return filings to ensure tax compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare journal entries, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Support financial reporting and management reporting requirements, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Assist with audits and other finance-related activities, including ad-hoc report preparation, etc. as required.
Requirements
- **Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)** is mandatory.
- **CA Inter** / ACCA Part qualified candidate is preferred.
- **Minimum 3 years of accounting experience**.
- Prior experience in **e-commerce accounting** will be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary And Benefits
· The salary will be in line with the market and will depend on the candidate's experience and fit for the role.
The remuneration package will be discussed with the right candidate.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
