Cherry Tree Nursery is looking for a **friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Receptionist** to join our team.
This dual-role position requires someone who can confidently manage the front desk while supporting daily accounting tasks in a busy nursery environment.
Reception & Front Desk (Primary Role)
- Welcome parents, visitors, and children in a **warm and professional manner**
- Handle **phone calls, inquiries, and admissions queries**
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a well-organized reception area
- Coordinate communication between parents and staff
- Maintain records of attendance, inquiries, and basic administrative tasks
Accounting Support
- Assist with **daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping**
- Handle **fee collection follow-ups and receipts**
- Assist in **invoice processing and documentation**
- Help with **bank reconciliation and basic reports**
- Maintain organized financial files and records
Requirements
- **1–2 years of experience** in accounting and/or receptionist/admin role
- **UAE experience in a nursery is mandatory**
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word)**
- Professional appearance and a **customer-focused attitude**
Preferred
- **Female candidates only**
- Experience in a **school/nursery environment**
- Familiarity with 'Illumine'
- **Immediate joiners** preferred
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
