About This Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to support our client accounts and help drive strong customer relationships. In this role, you will assist senior account managers with day-to-day client communications, coordinate project tasks, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
- Support management of client accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Assist with client communication, updates, and follow-ups
- Help coordinate internal teams to meet client needs and deadlines
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation
- Contribute to improving client satisfaction and retention
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train clients effectively
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn and configure simple tasks on the portal
- Problem solving skills with a proactive approach to client support
- Ability to manage multiple client setups and training sessions simultaneously
- Mandatory driving license and excellent command of English
