Receive, inspect, record, and properly store incoming goods within the warehouse in an organized and timely manner.
Manage dispatch and shipment activities as per instructions to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
Prepare and maintain all required documents related to customs clearance, inspections, and internal warehouse records.
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
Coordinate with team members to support efficient handling of goods and documentation throughout all stages.
Carefully check items during receiving and dispatch to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
Assist in maintaining stock records and updating system entries as required.
Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Job Experience Requirements
econdary school education or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar role will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of customs procedures and documentation will be preferred.
Ability to use computers and standard office software for daily tasks and record keeping.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
High attention to detail while handling documents and verifying goods.
Physically capable of handling warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items when required.
