Your Role
At **Symrise**, we are looking for a **dynamic and proactive Junior Marketing Manager** to support and drive the growth of our **Consumer Fragrance categories** across the AMET region, with a strong focus on **Home & Laundry Care**.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping marketing strategies, translating consumer insights into compelling concepts, and bringing fragrance solutions to life for our customers.
You will collaborate closely with **Sales and R&D**, acting as a true connector between creativity, market intelligence, and execution.
Market & Category Expertise
- Analyze and anticipate category evolution, providing deep insights on trends, competitors, pricing, and brand positioning
- Monitor market activities and identify growth opportunities within Consumer Fragrances
Strategic Marketing Development
- Support the definition and execution of marketing strategies aligned with Sales to unlock category growth
- Contribute to both **proactive and reactive projects**, ensuring strong conceptual thinking and flawless execution
Concept Creation & Client Engagement
- Develop **inspiring concepts and storytelling** to illustrate innovative fragrance solutions
- Translate insights into impactful and engaging presentations for customers
- Deliver **memorable experiences** that bring Symrise solutions to life
Marketing Materials & Activation
- Create and execute high‑quality marketing assets (e.g., submission kits, presentations, toolkits) for internal and external use
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all client-facing materials
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Act with a **leadership mindset**, influencing without formal authority
- About you
- Initial professional experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG, fragrances, or related industries
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Design, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Strong analytical and creative thinking, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel); social media knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Fluency in Arabic (native level) and strong command of English (written & spoken)
