Duties and responsibilities
- Arrive punctually in proper attire and ready to begin the shift.
- Organize, stock, present, clean, and restock the bar for service and the next day.
- Collect and count the bar float and verify the amount received.
- Welcome guests, recognize regulars, and build rapport with bar guests.
- Explain menus, daily specials, appetizers, entrees, and expected food wait times.
- Take drink orders, offer upsells, prepare and present drinks, and serve bar guests.
- Check food quality with guests; offer refills when drinks are one-third full.
- Monitor intoxication and follow responsible alcohol service requirements under local law.
- Collect payments, return change or cards promptly, and provide receipts.
- Keep comment cards available and thank guests as they leave.
- Balance the till, complete cash-out, and submit it to the manager for sign-off.
- Complete assigned duties, conduct weekly inventory, and check the beer cooler and storeroom.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience as a junior bartender or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to work a shifting schedule.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 3,800–4,050 per month.

- Work is in person in Motor City, Dubai.
