The waitress provides guest-focused food and beverage service and creates positive dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Take orders accurately; serve food and drinks to company standards.
- Know the menu, recommend items, and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell menu items.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean, organized, and properly set.
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Follow hygiene, health, safety, and company standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of waitress experience in the UAE.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, or casual dining environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service; positive, customer-focused approach.
- Professional and presentable, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
