Role Overview – Jointly Owned Property (JoP) Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Community Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of owners’ associations.

This role involves close interaction with residents, owners, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a key liaison between the association and its members, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Monitor community feedback and share insights with management to enhance service delivery
  • Support the planning and execution of annual budgets and financial tracking
  • Oversee daily operational matters within assigned communities
  • Coordinate with maintenance and FM teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Assist in handling disputes and sensitive situations in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and community rules
  • Organize and support association meetings, communications, and community initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Follow up on service charge collections and support financial compliance efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • 2–3 years of experience in property or community management (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of local regulations related to jointly owned properties
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
