Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy **HR & Systems Administrator** to bridge the gap between our people operations and our technology stack.
In this role, you won't just manage the traditional employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding—you will also serve as the primary owner and gatekeeper of our HR systems, ERP, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
The ideal candidate loves building efficient, automated workflows and ensuring our data remains pristine.
Systems & Software Administration
- **Platform Ownership:** Serve as the main administrator for our internal systems, including HRIS/ERP, CRM, and communication tools.
- **Access Management:** Handle user provisioning, permissions, and de-provisioning during employee transitions to ensure tight data security.
- **Process Automation:** Identify ways to integrate our systems (e.g., syncing recruitment data with our ERP) to eliminate manual data entry.
- **Data Integrity & Reporting:** Maintain accurate employee records and generate weekly/monthly HR metric reports for leadership.
Full-Cycle Hr Administration
- Recruitment Support: **Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and scheduling using**
- Indeed**,** LinkedIn Recruiter**, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).**
- **Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate the entire new-hire experience, ensuring hardware, software access, and training schedules are ready before Day 1.**
- **Structured Offboarding: Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, retrieving company assets, and disabling system access immediately.**
- **Compliance: Maintain digital employee files and ensure company policies align with local labor laws.**
Role Requirements Experience
- **HR Foundations:** 2–4 years of experience working as an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Generalist.
- **Proven Systems Background:** Hands-on experience administering or heavily using **ERPs** (e.g., Workday, SAP, NetSuite), **CRMs** (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), or modern HRIS platforms (Hubstaff).
- **Hiring Tools:** Power-user status on **LinkedIn Recruiter** and **Indeed for Business**.
- **Lifecycle Management:** Direct experience independently managing onboarding and offboarding workflows.
Skills & Attributes
- **Tech-First Mindset:** You aren't afraid of software settings, API integrations, or troubleshooting minor system glitches.
- **Data Security Conscious:** You understand the sensitive nature of HR and company data and treat permissions with extreme care.
- **Hyper-Organized:** Able to juggle multiple open roles, new hire start dates, and system updates without dropping the ball.
- **Clear Communicator:** Comfortable acting as the tech support guide for a confused new hire or explaining a system constraint to leadership.
