Joinery Production Manager

Job Title: Joinery Production Manager – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of joinery production for interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of joinery works in line with project requirements.

Manage daily operations of the joinery workshop and production team.

Plan and schedule production activities based on project timelines.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams.

Ensure production meets quality standards, specifications, and drawings.

Monitor material usage, wastage, and cost control.

Supervise machine operations such as CNC, cutting, edge banding, assembly, and finishing.

Oversee painting and polishing works, ensuring high-quality finishes (spray paint, PU, polish, veneer finishing, etc.).

Oversee upholstery works, including sofas, panels, cushions, and custom furniture items.

Ensure timely delivery of joinery items to site.

Implement and maintain health & safety standards in the workshop.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency.

Manage workforce including carpenters, machine operators, polishers, painters, and upholsterers.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in joinery production (UAE/GCC preferred).

Proven experience in interior fit-out and custom furniture production.

Strong knowledge of wood materials, veneers, laminates, finishes, and hardware.

Experience in handling factory production, manpower, and planning.

Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
