Interior Fit-Out Projects
to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed design packages, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Review and approve material selections, finishes, and technical submittals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and technical meetings.
- Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables are submitted as per schedule.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
- Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
- Support project managers during project execution and handover stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred).
- Registered Architect or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Architecture, with at least 5 years in Senior Architect roles within Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Strong experience in F&B, commercial, retail, luxury residential, and corporate interior projects.
- Experience working in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
