Oversee joinery workshop operations and manage the end-to-end production process.
Lead skilled carpenters and factory workers to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and meet project deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet project timelines and optimize workflow.
- Manage, train, and coordinate joiners, carpenters, and helpers; provide instructions and performance feedback.
- Interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and CAD designs for fabrication of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, doors, and custom furniture.
- Maintain quality controls and inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Supervise safe and efficient use of CNC routers, beam saws, and edge banding machines.
- Prepare material take-offs, manage inventory, and coordinate with procurement for timely resource availability.
- Enforce HSE standards, promote a safe work environment, and ensure proper PPE use.

Requirements
- Experienced and highly motivated candidate to oversee joinery workshop operations.
- Able to manage, train, and coordinate joiners, carpenters, and helpers.
- Able to interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and CAD designs for accurate fabrication.
- Able to supervise safe and efficient use of woodworking machinery, including CNC routers, beam saws, and edge banding machines.
- Able to manage material take-offs and inventory and coordinate with procurement.
- Able to enforce HSE standards and proper use of PPE.
