Role Description
This full-time Machine Operator role is based at Faham's factory in Dubai.
The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor woodworking and production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors, closets, and furniture components.
The role involves routine inspection and basic maintenance of machines, proper use of hand tools, and reporting equipment issues or production delays.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in machine operation like CNC, edge banding, beam saw and working with joinery production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including visual inspection and measurement to ensure products meet specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in using hand tools safely and effectively for adjustments, finishing, and minor repairs.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with team members, and report issues clearly.
- Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in woodwork, furniture, or related manufacturing, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and follow health and safety procedures is required.
- Basic reading of technical drawings or production orders and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment are important.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to work in shifts as needed are preferred.
Responsibilities
