Joinery Foreman @Dubai
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to oversee and manage joinery works within our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in joinery production and installation, along with the ability to supervise teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site joinery activities for fit-out projects
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams
- Ensure proper installation of joinery items such as doors, cabinets, wardrobes, and custom furniture
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to management
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Allocate tasks to carpenters and joinery workers effectively
- Maintain site discipline and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly
- Ensure materials and tools are available and used efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Joinery Foreman in the UAE or GCC
- Strong experience in fit-out and joinery works (factory & site)
- Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant technical certification in Carpentry/Joinery
- Experience working on commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects
