We are hiring for the Supervisor / Store In Charge for the QSR brand.
**Experience Required:** 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Crew Member cum Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team during shifts, and ensure excellent customer service standards.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a QSR brand and be capable of managing store operations, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support crew members during daily operations.
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support sales growth by maintaining excellent service standards and efficient operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management on store performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Store In-Charge in a QSR brand.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in international or well-known QSR brands.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
