Ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters and joiners.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, partitions, and other joinery meet quality standards.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site joinery issues.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and update supervisors on project progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades for smooth workflow.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
