Project Engineer

- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Review architectural, civil, joinery, and MEP drawings.
- Ensure all site works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports.
- Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor project costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients.
- Follow up on snagging, rectification, testing, and final project handover.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
