Overview
Join a well-established joinery and interior fit-out company with over **20 years of experience** delivering high-quality projects across the UAE.
We are looking for an experienced **Joinery Estimator** to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare detailed costing sheets, tender submissions, and comparative analyses.
- Handle RFIs and coordinate tender documentation.
- Prepare variation quotations and support project billing.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Procurement, and Accounts teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing, and tendering.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
