We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Joinery Estimator to become part of our growing team.
If you have strong experience in estimation, tendering, and project coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end projects with a well-established company known for quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed costing sheets and comparative analyses.
- Handle RFIs, tender submissions, and related documentation.
- Participate in client discussions, negotiations, and BOQ revisions.
- Prepare variation quotations and assist with project billing.
- Coordinate closely with the Design, Production, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Estimation
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, costing, and tendering procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented mindset
