We are looking for a highly experienced **Operations cum Admin Executive** to manage daily operations and administrative functions efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external vendors
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management accurately
- Monitor operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Manage procurement support, quotations, and follow-ups
- Handle inventory coordination and stock tracking (if applicable)
- Support HR related administrative tasks when required
- Prepare reports, MIS, and operational updates for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel coordination if needed
- Handle correspondence via email and internal communication systems
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Operations/Admin role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
