Role Overview
We are seeking a poised and strategic Showroom Specialist for our luxury home decor, furniture, and lighting brand. **Your primary and most important role is to make our customers happy.** Operating without rigid sales quotas, you will focus on delivering a pressure-free, white-glove experience, building genuine trust, and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction that naturally results in long-term brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Happiness First:** Ensure every visitor receives an exceptional, memorable, and personalized hospitality experience in our showroom.
- **Always-On Mobile Response:** Manage the company mobile device; ensure all VIP calls and WhatsApp messages are answered immediately, warmly, and professionally.
- **Showroom Consultation:** Expertly guide and advise affluent clients, interior designers, and architects on furniture and lighting curation.
- **Deal Closing & Strategy:** Follow up with leads via digital tools (WhatsApp, email) using bespoke strategies to elegantly move happy clients to a purchase.
- **Daily Strategic Feedback:** Submit daily updates to management analyzing client feedback, happiness levels, and actionable closing strategies.
- **End-to-End Care:** Oversee custom orders from the initial showroom consultation through to successful white-glove delivery and installation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Customer-Centric Mindset:** A genuine passion for hospitality, relationship building, and exceeding luxury client expectations.
- **Luxury Showroom Experience:** 3+ years in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or interior design showrooms within the GCC (Qatar preferred).
- **High Accountability:** Proven discipline in managing a high-priority company phone line without missing any client communications.
- **Strategic Tech Literacy:** Proficient in using CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and digital catalogs to track and manage client journeys.
- **Elite Communication:** Impeccable professional grooming, etiquette, and presentation. Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a strong advantage.
