Seeking a distinguished and creative telemarketing specialist to join the team.
Main responsibility is calling prospective customers, presenting products and services, and building positive relationships to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Make telemarketing calls to prospective customers to present services and products.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and set appointments or close deals.
- Update and document customer data and call details in the CRM system.
- Provide periodic reports on call rates, success rates, and achieved sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Saudi nationality.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- High communication and persuasion skills with a clear, professional tone of voice.
- Ability to handle different personalities and objections flexibly.
- Basic knowledge of computer programs and customer data management systems.
- Commitment to achieving set marketing and sales targets.
