About the Role

General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• **Strategic Leadership:**
• Full oversight of all daily hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Sales.
• **Financial Performance:**
• Developing annual budgets, monitoring costs, and maximizing RevPAR to ensure all financial KPIs are met.
• **Guest Experience:**
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and service, while personally engaging with guest feedback to build brand loyalty.
• **Talent Management:**
• Building and leading a cohesive team, with a strong focus on training and developing local talent in line with Vision 2030.
• **Compliance & Operations:**
• Ensuring full adherence to safety, health standards, and local tourism regulations.

Candidate Profile

• **Experience:**
• Minimum 10–15 years in the hospitality sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (General Manager or Assistant GM).
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• **Skills:**
• Exceptional financial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and professional fluency in both
• Arabic and English
