About This Role
Overview
تعلن شركات معدات حلول البيئة عن رغبتها في توظيف مدير عام للمبيعات لقطاع بيع وتسويق معدات الشركة، لتقديم حلول إدارة النفايات بكافة أنواعها مع تقديم حلول للعملاء ، سواء العميل الجديد أو القائم ، مع العمل أن معظم المعدات والأجهزة من شركائنا من موديين من أوربا وأمريكا.
المهام الرئيسية:
1. إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجية المبيعات
2. قيادة وإدارة فريق المبيعات لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء KPI's
3. تطوير الأعمال والعلاقات الاستراتيجية
4. إدارة المشاريع والعقود
5. دراسة السوق والمنافسين
6. تطوير الحلول والخدمات بما فيها مابعد البيع
7. تحقيق الأهداف المالية
المهارات المطلوبة:
· خبرة قوية في المبيعات الفنية والمشاريع لمعدات إدارة النفايات او شبيهاتها
· مهارات تفاوض وإقناع عالية.
· فهم تقني لمعدات إدارة النفايات وإعادة التدوير.
· قدرة على بناء العلاقات وإدارة الفرق.
· مهارات تحليل السوق والتخطيط الاستراتيجي
· اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدث ، مع إستخدام برامج Microsoft Office
· الإلمام التام بالسوق السعودي
· المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
شهادة جامعية ومفضل بيئة ، مع خبرة لاتقل عن 6 سنوات في إدارة نشاط مشابه
