We are hiring for the position of:
🔹 Executive Operations Assistant
🔹 مساعد تنفيذي للمدير التشغيلي
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Real Estate Development / Operations / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Coordinate between departments and follow up on operational activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Track tasks, projects, and executive decisions
- Organize documents, schedules, and internal communications
- Assist in improving workflow efficiency and operational follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate, operations, or industrial sectors is a plus
