- نعلن نحن مصنع الأمجاد العربية للمواد البلاستيكية مصنع متخصص في مجال تصنيع البلاستيك عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى:
- مدير موارد بشرية (HR Manager)
- 🔹 المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة كافة عمليات الموارد البشرية (التوظيف، التدريب، تطوير الموظفين).
- إعداد وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- الإشراف على الرواتب، التأمين الطبي، والعقود.
- إدارة تقييم الأداء وخطط التطوير الوظيفي.
- تعزيز بيئة العمل وإدارة علاقات الموظفين.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة العمل السعودية.
- 🔹 المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- بكالوريوس وأعلى في الموارد البشرية .
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5–8 سنوات (شرط أساسي)، ويفضل في القطاع الصناعي.
- خبرة عملية شاملة في جميع وظائف الموارد البشرية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة العمل في المملكة.
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية.
