Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable Java applications that meet the high standards of our clients' AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements, working closely with AI engineers and domain experts.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, working collaboratively with the development team to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in system integration planning, sharing expertise and insights to drive the development of high-quality AI systems.
• Document technical designs, processes, and workflows clearly and effectively, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and maintainable Java applications, with a strong focus on code quality and maintainability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, domain experts, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of iterative development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
