Build reliable, scalable Java backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices.
The description identifies the position as a Technology Analyst and calls for 3–5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Build microservices with clear boundaries, well-defined APIs, and robust error handling.
- Implement RESTful services and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards and reusable components.
- Contribute to agile planning, estimation, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and manage dependencies.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Technology, or a relevant master’s degree such as MTech, MCA, or MSc.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong Spring Boot application development experience.
- Practical experience designing and delivering microservices.
- Understanding of API design, debugging, and clean, maintainable code.
Preferred and good-to-have skills
- REST API best practices, versioning, and backward compatibility.
- Resilience patterns, observability, performance tuning, and service optimization.
- CI/CD practices and collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Hibernate, JPA, Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, or Kafka are good-to-have skills.
