Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions;
- Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third-party systems;
- Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery;
- Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network-related issues, and coordinate with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems;
- Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement;
- Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of regional healthcare informatics business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, or software implementation and delivery;
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects;
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts;
- Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving;
- Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and headquarters teams;
- Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration skills;
- Experience in the IVD industry, laboratory informatics, or international project implementation is preferred.
