Key Responsibilities
- Work on Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) for incident and service request management
- Configure workflows, forms, SLAs, and business rules
- Handle L2/L3 issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Manage and maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle
- Support automation and process improvements within ITSM
- Work closely with internal teams for system enhancements and upgrades
Key Requirements
- 4–8 years of IT experience with strong ITSM exposure
- Hands-on experience in Ivanti (configuration/admin level preferred)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Exposure to automation/scripting is an added advantage
