• RFP Minimum Eligibility
• · Minimum seven years of working experience in the field of Traffic Management.
• · Minimum three years of working experience in an ITS-related centre.
• Enhanced Recruitment Criteria
• · Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience, including at least eight years in ITS, traffic management, public transport ITS or smart-mobility assignments.
• · Minimum five years of direct experience in ITS operations and maintenance, O&M supervision or technical support management.
• · Experience in at least three relevant ITS, Smart City, public transport, traffic-management or command-and-control projects.
• · Demonstrated experience in Contractor/System Integrator management, SLA and KPI verification, incident management, preventive and corrective maintenance, operational readiness and acceptance support.
• · Experience in Client-facing technical reviews, management reporting, training and knowledge transfer.
