Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related science, or an EHS-related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in EHS compliance and management services.
  • Strong consulting, client management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capabilities, with the ability to drive outcomes.
  • A proven ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships, together with a track record of contributing to the development and winning of new business.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • Experience overseeing project execution, delivery timelines, and budgets, and implementing process improvements and scalable systems.
  • Experience leading and developing talent, building team capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling collaborative teamwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent an organization in industry forums, conferences, publications, and thought-leadership activities.

  • Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $133,920-223,200. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
