Duties & Responsibilities Installing and configuring desktop/laptops, software, systems, networks, printers/scanners and IP Telephone.
Troubleshooting system and network issues, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and maintaining firewall and virus protection software.
Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
