Transport and store metal materials and fabricated components.
Clean and prepare metal surfaces for fabrication.
Assist in setting up and operating fabrication equipment.
Operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.
Bend and straighten metal by hammering, chipping and grinding Use hand torch or furnace to pre-heat workpieces.
Fit and weld the metal parts together.
Check if a workpiece meets the specifications by using square, ruler, and measuring tape.
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products.
