Overview
We are hiring an IT Technician to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues
- Manage and maintain company email systems and servers
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
- Monitor IT systems performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Manage and support ERP systems such as Odoo or ERPNext
- Handle attendance systems (biometric/fingerprint) and integrate them with ERP
- Troubleshoot Windows-related issues
- Ensure smooth and continuous IT operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or ERPNext)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Windows systems
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
