Job Description Summary

  • Provide Villanova faculty/staff/students with Learning Management System (Blackboard and Brightspace) support and other Villanova supported learning technologies support (e.g. Zoom, Respondus, VoiceThread, etc…)
  • Assist with UTS -Learning Technologies answering and completing service requests from Villanova faculty/students/staff
  • Assist UTS -Learning Technologies staff with projects as needed
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and assist in process improvement projects.
  • Other tasks as assigned
