Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Technician role based in Abu Dhabi.
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and upgrading IT systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology-related operations.
The role also requires offering assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software concerns, and conducting training sessions as needed to enhance technical knowledge among team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, systems, and infrastructure
- Manage and support internal networks, hardware, and software
- Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations
- Ensure data security, backups, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support across departments
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and cybersecurity
- Experience with ERP systems and multi-location environments is a plus
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
