Role Overview

The employer is seeking an experienced IT engineer or technician to deliver infrastructure and technical support services.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage servers, backup solutions, and network infrastructure.
  • Set up and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other networking solutions.
  • Install and maintain firewalls and backup platforms.
  • Configure Wi-Fi solutions using UniFi, Aruba, and similar technologies.
  • Install and manage CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment.
  • Configure Microsoft Teams PBX and Teams telephony solutions.
  • Set up video conferencing systems and interactive display boards.
  • Install and manage PBX systems.
  • Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, servers, and network switches.
  • Execute AMC contracts and provide remote and onsite engineering support.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 6,000 per month.

Workplace

  • Work location is in person.

Requirements

  • Experience as an IT engineer or technician capable of managing infrastructure, security, communications, and workplace technology systems.
  • Ability to provide remote and onsite engineering support under AMC contracts.
