Office Zone is seeking an IT Technician to carry out IT infrastructure, networking, security, telephony, and hardware work.
Responsibilities
- Set up and troubleshoot routers, switches, and networking solutions.
- Install and maintain firewalls, backup platforms, CCTV, access control, and other security equipment.
- Configure Wi-Fi solutions using UniFi, Aruba, or similar technologies.
- Configure Microsoft Teams PBX/Teams Telephony and install and manage PBX systems.
- Implement and manage servers, backup solutions, and network infrastructure.
- Set up video conferencing systems and interactive display boards.
- Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, servers, and network switches.
- Execute AMC contracts and provide remote and onsite engineering support.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–6,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.

Requirements
- Experience capable of carrying out the listed IT engineering responsibilities.
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot routers, switches, and networking solutions.
- Ability to install and maintain security solutions, including firewalls and backup platforms.
- Ability to configure Wi-Fi solutions using UniFi, Aruba, or similar technologies.
- Ability to install and manage CCTV, access control, and other security equipment.
- Ability to configure Microsoft Teams PBX/Teams Telephony and manage PBX systems.
- Ability to implement and manage servers, backup solutions, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to deploy and configure laptops, desktops, servers, and network switches.
- Ability to provide remote and onsite engineering support for AMC contracts.
