IT Systems and Support Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking, printing, and mobile devices.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain user devices and endpoint security solutions.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, access permissions, and software licensing.
• Support iManage Cloud, legal applications, and other business-critical systems.
• Monitor performance, backups, security alerts, and service availability; troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution and upgrades with vendors.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
• Assist with technology projects, automation, AI solutions, and service improvements.

Skills and experience

• At least five years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting cloud environments and security technologies; good understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and infrastructure support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills; able to work independently and manage priorities.
• iManage or document management systems experience is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Power Platform, automation, and AI technologies is an advantage.
