IT & Systems Administrator (Real Estate & Construction)
About This Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and all end-user devices
- Administer ERP, CRM, project management, and document control platforms group-wide
- Implement and continuously monitor cybersecurity policies and data backup procedures
- Manage user accounts, access controls, software licenses, and IT procurement
- Provide responsive technical support to staff across offices and all active project sites
- Evaluate and implement technology tools to improve operational efficiency across the group
- Maintain the IT asset register and manage all external technology vendor relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of IT administration experience in construction or real estate preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP and document management systems (Procore, Aconex, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of network administration, Microsoft 365/Azure, and cybersecurity
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communicator able to support non-technical users in a dynamic site environment
