IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing workstation/PC hardware installation, configuration and maintenance; supporting user applications and troubleshooting; executes touch labor tasks; and other duties as assigned all while ensuring successful performance and compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), Program, USG, and international requirements and guidelines. Ensures compliance with standard management practices including but not limited to monitoring, records keeping, report preparation, training, inspections, data reporting, etc. Will perform other duties as assigned

The IT Support Technician will be available for on-call support as needed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week in this role.

Able to stand for long periods of time such as eight (8) to ten (10) hours, bend, kneel, and reach to store/retrieve supplies Able to lift, carry, and push supplies and boxes up to 50 pounds Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable May work in a typical office environment
