Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and deliver excellent support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
- Respond to support tickets and provide timely resolution
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments
- Maintain documentation of systems, issues, and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common IT tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Customer service-oriented mindset
