Job Description: IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support
My Career Online is seeking a skilled **IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software and hardware issues related to workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through various channels (in-person, phone, remote support).
- Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, email, and network access.
- Document support requests and solutions to enhance the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, along with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Additional Information
- **Salary**: QAR 70 - QAR 120 per hour, based on experience.
- **Location**: 56 Talent Way, Doha, Qatar.
