Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications.
- Set up and configure workstations, including operating system installation and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor network performance and assist in the maintenance of servers and peripheral equipment.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and inventory changes in the internal tracking system.
- Provide basic training to staff on new software tools and cybersecurity best practices.

- **Technical Troubleshooting:** Proven ability to diagnose and repair hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- **Microsoft Ecosystem:** Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365 administration, and Active Directory.
- **Network Basics:** Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
- **Communication:** Clear verbal and written English skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- **Adaptability:** A calm approach to problem-solving under pressure and the ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
- **Education & Certifications:** A degree in IT or Computer Science; CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are highly valued.
- **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
