About This Role
Job Summary
Walkdtour LLC is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems and provide excellent technical support to staff.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and support day-to-day technology needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory)
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Perform routine system updates, patches, backups, and security checks
- Document IT issues, solutions, and procedures in helpdesk systems
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, email systems, and endpoint security tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR630,000.00 per year
