About This Role
Location: Doha, Qatar
Maksheso LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Support Specialist** to join our Doha branch.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing timely technical assistance to staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and internal systems
- Support email systems, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and business applications
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks
- Document IT issues, solutions, and maintain support logs
- Coordinate with external vendors and the head office IT team when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-branch IT environments
- Knowledge of cloud services and remote support tools
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
