Position Overview
We are seeking an **IT Support Specialist** to oversee and manage daily IT operations.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support users, systems, and infrastructure.
The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Kahwini LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for employees and clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical services.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
