We are a leading outsourcing company in the UAE, delivering recruitment, EOR/PEO, PRO services, and corporate solutions across the region.
We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Representative for a government-related entity in Dubai, supporting the daily IT operations of a small office environment.
IT Support & Daily Operations
- Provide day-to-day IT support to office users and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support and maintain Windows-based systems, user accounts, and office applications
- Assist employees with hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and general IT-related issues
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations within the office environment
Systems & Applications Support
- Support the usage and maintenance of internal systems and applications
- Assist with system updates, user support, and troubleshooting activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users when required
- Support implementation and optimization of IT processes and systems
Documentation & Technical Coordination
- Prepare technical reports, user guides, and system documentation when needed
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives across the organization
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding IT support requirements and system-related matters
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the IT environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience within IT Support, Application Support, or Systems Support roles
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments and standard office applications
- Experience troubleshooting day-to-day IT and user support issues
- **Arabic speaker is highly preferred**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be a strong advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a small office environment
- Immediate or short notice candidates are highly preferred
